Case 2002:02 -- 66 South Road, Mr. Paul Harris, Application for Variance, Article IV Section 406.9. The Article states that the lot of record must be existing as of March 10, 1992. 008-145-000, 66 South Rd. has been in existence since 1972, but was altered by subdivision in 1998.
Case 2002:03 -- 67 Winnicut Road, Louis Datilio, Settlement agreement vote to accept or reject the terms and conditions set forth by and between Mr. Datilio and Mr. Tutinas.
